Pensions Age Awards: Pensions Administration Win
The North East Scotland Pension Fund (NESPF) is delighted to announce it has won the Pensions Administration Award at the Pensions Age Awards 2025.
The prestigious awards ceremony aims to celebrate excellence within the UK pensions industry and recognises achievements from both pension schemes and pension providers.
The NESPF succeeded in the highly competitive category of Pensions Administration, which focused on the Fund’s commitment to innovation in its administration processes. The NESPF is dedicated to improving its processes and procedures to ensure members are provided with the highest standard of customer service when accessing their pension information. One particular area of focus was the implementation of the new member portal, My Pension+, and the advantages that the system has brought both members and the Fund.
Winning the Pensions Administration award highlights the outstanding work completed by both individuals and teams in the Fund. The NESPF will continue demonstrating its commitment to pensions administration going forward.
