The North East Scotland Pension Fund Invites Members to New Website
The North East Scotland Pension Fund (NESPF) is pleased to introduce its new website which aims to improve our member's experience by providing more valuable and accessible pensions information.
The website, which has been the subject of many months of development, comes complete with a range of usability improvements including a modern design and clear navigation. The site also contains a host of new features including helpful tools and resources to help members stay up-to-date with their pension.
Key features include:
- New interactive animations and calculators members can see how their pension builds up and find out exactly how much they will pay
- Greater transparency with new information on Fund performance and investments including responsible investment
- Bright, clear layout with responsive design so the site displays clearly on all devices and screen sizes
- Enhanced navigation
- Improved search function
New features and improvements will continue to be developed and rolled out across the website as the Fund continues to implement its online digital communications strategy. This move to digital servicing is further supported by My Pension, the Fund's online portal for members. This platform allows members to view and update personal details, check employment history and pension values and run their own estimates to see how much their pension might be at retirement.
