Your Pension Explained: Join the NESPF’s Pension Webinars

The North East Scotland Pension Fund (NESPF) is excited to launch a series of new online webinars and is inviting its members to register to attend.

The webinars, which have been developed based on feedback from a recent member survey, aim to simplify pension topics ensuring members feel more informed and confident about making pension decisions.  

The webinars will take place from 23rd – 25th February 2026 with each day focusing on a different topic – retirement, increasing your pension and our My Pension+ portal.

The webinars will be hosted by a pensions officer with attendees given the opportunity to ask any further questions at the end of each session. The schedule for the webinars is as follows:

Retirement Webinar

This will cover different types of retirement available and the retirement process.

  • Monday 23rd February – 1pm – 2pm
  • Monday 23rd February – 5.30pm – 6.30pm 

Increasing your Pension Webinar

This will look at the different options for paying more towards your pension.

  • Tuesday 24th February – 1pm – 2pm
  • Tuesday 24th February – 5.30pm – 6.30pm 

My Pension+ Webinar 

This will give an insight into the NESPF’s online pension portal and its uses.

  • Wednesday 25th February – 1pm – 2pm
  • Wednesday 25th February – 5.30pm – 6.30pm  

To register for a webinar click here and select from the options. Further information will be issued to you by email.

Note: Viewers can choose between two time slots each day. Members only need to register for one session as both time slots will cover the same information. If you wish to attend a webinar for more than one topic, you will have to register for multiple days. Recordings of the live webinars will also be made available afterwards.
