The North East Scotland Pension Fund are proud to announce that we have won Best Pension Scheme Administration at the 2022 LAPF Investment Awards. We were also shortlisted for the LGPS Fund of the Year (over £2.5billion).
The Pension Administration award considers initiatives to improve administration service quality and/or efficiency and looks at a range of areas including member support and communications; data quality and management; and administration procedures and changes. Our submission highlighted our move to digital services and processing, in addition to our high levels of data quality and performance targets.
