Updating Your Details

Change of Name 

To change your name please call the Fund on 01224 264264 or email the Pensions Helpdesk.

 

Change of Address

To amend your address you can email the Pensions Helpdesk or update your details via My Pension

 

Change of Bank Details 

To update bank details please write to the Fund or login to My Pension. The Fund's postal address can be found on the Contact Us page. Please note we do not accept change of bank details over the phone for security purposes. If writing in to notify us of bank changes, please ensure to include your name, NI number and date of birth as well as your new bank details. 

Be aware: Payroll for pension payments closes approximately 1 week before payment (normally 15th of the month). If you provide new bank details after payroll has closed your next payment will go to your old bank account. Pensions will be paid to your new account the following month.
